GroundCo’s director, Tim Scott, was born into the industry; his family's roots in construction date back to the mid-1960s in Godalming, Surrey, following in the footsteps of his father’s and uncle’s building firms across Surrey and Hampshire.
This "ground-up" experience spans over 40 years, with Tim involved as a Site Manager in his early 20s and later in senior management roles on new build, residential, commercial, industrial, and public projects in the South East and London. His experience includes working with industry leaders such as Countryside / Vistry Homes, Shanley Homes, CALA, and other blue-chip construction companies, ensuring the Groundco team stays up-to-date with the latest regulations and British Standards in construction.
